F.O.R. (Friends of Reconciliation, Inc.) is a faith-filled nonprofit organization.

F.O.R. is based in Pontiac, Michigan.
We launched our mission to
help America reach racial reconciliation
through personal growth in Jesus Christ on March 4, 2019!

F.O.R. has successfully worked with the mayor of Pontiac, MI along with its City Council,
to deem each March 4th as a holiday for citizens to “March Forth” towards racial healing and reconciliation. We humbly rejoice as we lead the nation in celebrating
the newly established National
March Forth Racial Healing and Reconciliation Christian Holiday,
submitted by our Founder, Alicea Joy Davis!

Our Mission
We will positively change the racial narrative in our local community and nation by redirecting the conversation towards the goal of healing while aiding others in personal development that builds trust and fosters unity.
Our Goal
As our nation achieves racial reconciliation, we seek to see a vast improvement in the areas where our society is affected by a lack of social trust. As more Americans have a standard of brotherhood and sisterhood towards each citizen, we foresee a dramatic decrease in the number of racial injustices and disparities. Our mission is to shine the light of Jesus Christ through God's unfailing love.
